April 4, 2020: Franklin County Complex Coordinated Terrorist Attack Capstone Exercise
CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS
The Franklin County Complex Coordinated Terrorist Attack (CCTA) is seeking volunteer role players for the upcoming Franklin County CCTA Capstone Full-Scale Exercise (FSE).
You may volunteer at one of the locations that the exercise will be occurring at. All exercise play will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Volunteers are expected to play the role of a victim in an active threat scenario. Volunteers will interact with a variety of first responders during the exercise.
Due to the nature of this exercise, participants should be aware that:
- No one under the age of 18 may participate.
- At no point during the exercise will volunteers be allowed to take photos or videos.
- Volunteers will need to be at their exercise location no later than 8:15 a.m. and stay until the conclusion of the exercise at 4:00 p.m.
- All participants will be required to sign a waiver prior to starting the exercise.
