COCHMM would like to invite you to join us on a tour of the Jackson Pike Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) on Monday June 11th from 8:30-10:30 am. Join us to learn about the various EH&S aspects of running and managing a large WWTP. This is a free event, however we do ask that you RSVP.
The facility is located at 2104 Jackson Pike, Columbus, Ohio 43223, close to 71 and Route 104. You will enter the facility through Gate 1. There is a flag pole in front of the Administration Building (immediately on your right as you enter the facility), which is where you will begin your tour. There is parking at this location. Facility staff will show a short 12 minute video, before touring the facility. There is a good amount of walking involved. You must wear closed toed shoes, no sandals permitted, and no shorts.
Click here for information on joining COCHMM.
There will be a brief meeting, followed by an opportunity to participate in a tour of the brewery, and dinner will be provided. Everyone is responsible for buying their own drinks.
Please RSVP to COCHMM by December 8th to ensure we have enough food.
